KYT Alert Status issue when bulk actioning alerts
Chainalysis experienced a notice incident on December 19, 2025 affecting KYT UI, lasting 4d 22h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We have identified an issue with the “Actions” button when performing bulk actions on KYT alerts that occurred between 15:30 UTC on 18 December 2025 and 13:00 UTC on 19 December 2025. Some users reported experiencing an issue whereby using the button to bulk action alerts from under the Alerts table of the User profile page or from the Main Alerts page resulted in KYT incorrectly actioning multiple alerts from multiple users. We have resolved the issue and the feature is working as intended again. We are monitoring the issue and will provide further updates when more information becomes available. We have identified a list of customers who may have been impacted by this issue. From an Engineering side this incident has been resolved and all services are operating as expected. We have identified a final list of customers whose alerts may have been impacted and are finalising customer communications with appropriate internal stakeholders.
