Update timeline

  1. investigating Feb 02, 2026, 03:00 PM UTC

We are currently investigating an issue causing block processing delays on the following networks in Reactor: Tron, BNB, Optimism, and Arbitrum One. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause. We will provide updates as more information becomes available. Next update at 16:00 UTC.

  2. identified Feb 02, 2026, 04:14 PM UTC

The cause of the processing delays affecting Tron, BNB, Optimism, and Arbitrum One in Reactor has been identified. Chainalysis is applying a large update to cluster and address labels, which may result in temporary processing delays on some EVM networks. Most networks are completing processing, with Tron currently processing blocks approximately 30 minutes behind the tip. We are actively monitoring these data processing activities and will provide further updates as available. Next update: 18:00 UTC.

  3. monitoring Feb 02, 2026, 06:08 PM UTC

Block processing in Reactor is recovering. We are monitoring the system as processing continues to return to normal and will provide further updates as needed.

  4. monitoring Feb 03, 2026, 09:54 PM UTC

Block processing in Reactor has recovered and returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor the system and will provide further updates as needed.
