Update timeline

  1. identified May 04, 2022, 02:28 PM UTC

Current SMS/MMS Messaging clients need open a support ticket by sending an email to [email protected] to register their business brand with The Campaign Registry. This is now a requirement to send business messages. The Campaign Registry is a reputation authority for business messaging on 10DLC. 10DLC is an A2P messaging channel in which Brands and Campaign Service Providers (CSPs) are verified prior to being allowed to send messages.

  2. monitoring May 05, 2022, 08:17 PM UTC

Based on new regulations all business customers must register their company name (aka Brand Name) with the Campaign Registry to send SMS or MMS messages using the new 10DLC (10 Digit Long Code) to any business or consumer. Contact your sales Account Executive for more information with Carolina Digital Phone.

  3. resolved May 09, 2022, 07:31 PM UTC

All customers that use SMS and MMS messaging have been contacted and set up under the new Campaign Registry guidelines.
