Microsoft Azure has provided a new update with firmer timelines around full service recovery. Service to our portals will begin to improve, but unfortunately, Microsoft's new report states that a full service recovery is expected within the next 4 hours. We are noticing widespread improvement in service performance. Some users may continue to experience service degradation, as Microsoft Azure has yet to provide an update on their full resolution ETA of 7:20pm ET. Microsoft is reporting 98% availability and that a majority of customers are seeing improvements across affected regions. Our metrics and tests are indicating that performance is stable.
