We are continuing to monitor before full resolution. Apr 9, 10:05:45 GMT+0 - Identified - We are seeing some recovery of devices and continue to monitor. Impacted devices entered the CPAS window and have been unable to obtain new grant approvals, leaving all CBSDs in an unauthorized/idle state with no active spectrum grants. We are waiting for details from Google on why the termination was triggered. Nov 12, 16:25:00 GMT+0 - Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Between 15:36Z and 16:20Z the web interface of cnMaestro will have been slow and in cases unavailable for users in some US locations. Cambium has a fix under test and expect to roll this out to production for cnMaestro version 5.2.5 (due December 2025)

We have identified the issue and we are continuing to work on a fix. Mar 6, 15:36:52 GMT+0 - Monitoring - Failed components have been replaced, and we expect service to resume within the hour. We apologise for the inconvenience. Mar 6, 15:50:56 GMT+0 - Resolved - The failed components have been replaced and service has been restored. Monitoring continues and no anomalies have been seen.

Customers are experiencing intermittent failures in cnMaestro that may include blank UI pages or issues onboarding devices. The problems are limited to Cambium IDs accessing the system through the URL that starts with "us-e1-s28-...". We are investigating the cause.
