    Our Chat provider is currently experiencing an outage and we are unable to accept any new chats. If you need assistance you can email us at [email protected] and we will be able to assist there. As we have additional information we will update the status.

    The issues surrounding support chat being unavailable has been identified by the provider and they are actively working on a resolution now.
