On Friday (4/12) our integration with the 3rd Party BI Tool we leverage to power Reports within the CallPotential application was severed. While you can still navigate to reports, you cannot access the data within. We understand that reports are critical to running your businesses, so we have our team working around the clock on a fix. Our recovery plan is prioritizing reports based on the highest utilization. You can expect rolling deployments until all reports are re-enabled. Lead Summary is available now Move in Rentals and Call Tracking - Call Detail are next on deck We will continue updating this post as additional reporting becomes available.

We now have the Lead Summary, Lead Detail and Move-In Rental reports back up and running. We are now working on the Call Detail reports. You can follow along here as we will be updating as other reports become available.
