Our Telco provider is experiencing issues due to an AWS server disruption and are working with them to restore function as soon as possible. We are starting to see calls properly come through once again, but may be spotty until they give the full all clear on their end.

Twilio is currently investigating a service interruption affecting Voice services, impacting both inbound and outbound calls. Customers may experience degraded audio quality or difficulties connecting new calls. Our engineering team is actively working on identifying and resolving the cause. We aim to provide another update within 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
