    We are currently seeing that the agent dashboard is not properly updating the displayed worker status. It does appear that calls are properly coming in and can be answered. We are working with our telco provider to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

    Twilio has confirmed they are seeing issues with their event stream not updating appropriately and are currently investigating to determine the issue. They have updated their status page and we will be monitoring it for updates as well. https://status.twilio.com/

    Twilio engineers have identified an issue with Event Streams. Customers may experience delays in delivering events, they have started mitigation efforts and the delay for receiving events is decreasing slowly back to normal. https://status.twilio.com/incidents/h114fdz6cmhp

    All event stream events are back to flowing normally and agent status should be updating in a more timely manner.
