Issue with data syncing between CP and the FMS
CallPotential experienced a notice incident on July 1, 2024, lasting 5h 55m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently looking into concerns of data no syncing between CallPotential and all FMS that we integrate with. At this time we are beginning to clear the errors causing this to resume normal operation as quickly as possible.

All stuck operations have been cleared and the system has returned to normal function. We will continue to monitor for any additional instances.
