We are currently experiencing a sync issue which is affecting agents ability to make or receive calls. Our engineering team is looking into this matter with the highest priority and hope to identify and resolve the issue as quick as possible.

We have identified the root cause of the issue and have corrected it. There is still a good amount of data that needs to resync prior to full recovery, but we are seeing call come through again and outbound calls are able to be made.
