    We are currently investigating issues regarding payment links not properly generating when sending out collection events. At this time we are attempting to relaunch the url shortener to see if this will address the problem

    The reboot has occurred and we are seeing the links are again populating as expected. We will also be running some server maintenance on this system this evening to help avoid any future problems.
