An abnormal amount of traffic to some pages caused one of the myCadmium servers to be unresponsive. As a result, some users were not able to access [www.mycadmium.com](http://www.mycadmium.com/) during the hours of 8:31 AM - 8:53 AM ET and 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM ET on February 28, 2025.
