Builder Prime experienced a major incident on June 30, 2023 affecting Web and Mobile Apps, lasting 28m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Since this is impacting the ability to generate the PDF renders, it is also preventing those PDFs from being sent for esignature. Images uploaded or created more than about 30 minutes ago should be fine. We're monitoring the status with our upstream provider here: https://status.imgix.com/ It says they've already identified the issue, so hopefully this will be back up and running shortly.

We're starting to see the rendering functionality return to normal. We are still monitoring with our service provider.
