Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that a portion of the debit card transactions from Saturday, July 12—specifically during the period between 13:54 and 14:04—were processed with a delay due to a technical disruption at one of our partners. The transactions affected by this have been available for payout since July 15 and will be paid out based on your account's payout settings.
