Starting at 4:30 PM UTC, there were 502 errors returned by the platform on some transcoded ad segments, in the Europe region. This was caused by an issue on the transcoding service that was not able to package some segments. The issue was fixed at 7:20 AM.
We are suffering from an outage which impacts all AVOD services. This issue comes from a misconstruction of requests to origins. This outage causes an increase of 403/404 errors on manifest requests for these services.

Due to an ongoing AWS outage impacting the US region, the platform cannot currently provision additional compute resources in this area. Existing services remain fully operational, but scaling capacity is temporarily limited. This may affect performance if streaming demand increases significantly. We are closely monitoring the situation with AWS and will provide updates as soon as normal operations resume. Other regions are not impacted

This morning, an important subset of the sessions have been interrupted due to a platform upgrade. We are working on a better solution to make sure it won't happen again, and that platform upgrades, part of our CI/CD, will be totally seamless. This solution should be deployed in the coming days.
Starting last Friday evening, our platform does not fully report streaming information to datadog. Services are not impacted. We are addressing the issue.
