    From 9:19 to 9:28 we experienced some errors and timeouts on 10 to 15% of requests from Asia. There was a temporary saturation of connections following a failed update of a threshold during a platform update. The problem has been fixed and a solution is being implemented to prevent it from happening again.

    Starting at 4:30 PM UTC, there were 502 errors returned by the platform on some transcoded ad segments, in the Europe region. This was caused by an issue on the transcoding service that was not able to package some segments. The issue was fixed at 7:20 AM.

    Due to an ongoing AWS outage impacting the US region, the platform cannot currently provision additional compute resources in this area. Existing services remain fully operational, but scaling capacity is temporarily limited. This may affect performance if streaming demand increases significantly. We are closely monitoring the situation with AWS and will provide updates as soon as normal operations resume. Other regions are not impacted
