Brightcove Engineering is investigating at the highest priority. May 13, 2026 10:20AM EDT Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue affecting Video Cloud Studio for users with legacy Video Cloud roles. Users who have already migrated to Dynamic roles are not impacted and can access Studio normally. Brightcove Engineering has identified the root cause and is actively working on a resolution. May 13, 2026 10:38AM EDT Monitoring - The Video Cloud Studio issue affecting users with legacy roles has been mitigated. Users can now access Studio as expected. Brightcove Engineering will continue to monitor the situation May 13, 2026 10:55AM EDT Resolved - The Video Cloud Studio issue has been fully resolved. All users can now access Studio normally.
