We are currently observing an elevated error rate affecting a subset of requests to an Azure OpenAI model. Specifically, some requests are failing when routed to the model responsible for out-of-scope detection and few-shot . Users may experience intermittent failures or unexpected errors in AI-powered features that depend on this functionality. The root cause has been identified as an issue on the Microsoft Azure OpenAI side. We are actively working with Microsoft to expedite resolution and restore normal service. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
- monitoring Apr 16, 2026, 04:23 AM UTC
Microsoft has implemented a fix for the issue causing elevated error rates in requests routed to the out-of-scope detection and few-shot models. Our systems have recovered, and we are seeing error rates return to normal levels. We are continuing to closely monitor performance to ensure stability. We will provide a final update once we confirm the issue is fully resolved.
