- investigating Aug 19, 2025, 09:17 AM UTC
We’re currently investigating reports of periodic slowness and intermittent errors across the Bob platform. Our engineering teams are actively looking into the issue to identify the root cause and mitigate the impact as quickly as possible.
- monitoring Aug 19, 2025, 09:20 AM UTC
The issue appears to have stabilized, and system performance is currently normal. Our engineering teams are continuing to monitor closely to ensure full stability.

We recently experienced a temporary spike in platform performance. The issue was triggered by an internal update to the way we release new code. While this change was designed to improve system resilience, an edge case involving an empty cache of a critical component caused an unexpected increase in database calls. Our engineering team quickly identified and mitigated the issue, and platform performance has since returned to normal. We are implementing a long-term fix to ensure this scenario does not reoccur. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
