During a regular weekend maintenance activity on the BlueOptima SaaS servers, there was a DB outage that lasted about an hour (14:30 UTC to 15:30 UTC). Due to this, the communication between the Integrators and the SaaS server was disrupted. The way the system is designed is that if the Integrator is unable to communicate with the SaaS server for more than 30 minutes, the Integrator automatically shuts down. As the SaaS server outage lasted for more than 30 minutes, it caused Integrators across clients to go offline.
