    An issue occurred with the BI dataset refresh which resulted in the BI refresh process failing without triggering the alarms set for some of our users. A new BI refresh was triggered and completed for all impacted clients at 2022-09-05 13:33:09.786 UTC. It is necessary to regenerate any BI datasets that were created before 2022-09-05 13:33:09.786 UTC

    The issue was related to a processing clock created and not cleared when data remapping fails under certain cases. The issue has been resolved and deployed into production. We have additionally made further improvements to our BI Refresh monitoring process
