    We are currently experiencing degraded performance with our DonorSearch integration service. Users may notice the Generosity Score fail to refresh when clicking "Update". This is also affecting customers that have requested a DonorSearch Batch Screen service. Our team is actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as they become available.
