We have identified the cause of the intermittent degraded performance that a limited number of customers continue to experience and will be making improvements to our system at 6 PM EDT today (Tuesday, Oct. 22). This update is not expected to cause any interruption in Bloomerang usage and should fix the degraded performance for the customers still experiencing this issue. Affected customers may continue to notice slower than normal response times or 'Something Got Tangled.' pages until this fix is implemented.
