We are currently investigating a potential outage reported by several Blackthorn Events Customers this morning (approx 2:30 am PST). Event pages were down for approximately 2-3 minutes, where several events customers could not access their event pages for 15-20 minutes. This issue has since been resolved and we will provide updates on what caused this outage as we have more information!

We are currently investigating intermittent event page outages reported by several Blackthorn Events Customers. Our team is actively investigating this issue and we will provide regular updates as more information becomes available.

After further investistgation, it was confirmed that there was a Cloudflare incident today intermittently impacting some of our events.blackthorn.io pages. This resulted in elevated rates of 5xx status codes errors. Incident found here: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/#past-incidents We are currently monitoring the situation but please reach out to Blackthorn Support at https://community.blackthorn.io/s/support if you run into any issues going forward.
