Microsoft Teams has made a certificate change that is impacting inbound/outbound calls through the platform. Bit by Bit is making adjustments to get calling functioning working again

Cloudflare, a company that helps websites secure and manage their internet traffic, is experiencing issues with its global network, disrupting service for many websites and apps. Customers could experience outages with websites such as 3bExam.com and SmartAdmissions.ai along with many other websites and web-based applications. “Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers,” the company posted in a status update shortly before 7 a.m. “We are working to understand the full impact and mitigate this problem.” In an update about 20 minutes later, it said disruptions had begun to ease, but said it was continuing to investigate the issue. By 8:15 a.m., the company said that error levels for some of its services had “returned to pre-incident rates,” and that it was continuing to work on restoring other services. Bit by Bit will continue to monitor the incident and report as new updates are received.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Hosts in NY Data center are currently offline. Bit by Bit is investigating.

We are still working on identifying root cause of the outage. The colocation has power and internet but endpoints are not properly communicating on the internet route. Still investigating root cause.

Bit by Bit has believes that this is an internet routing issue between the carriers and Digital Realty (NY data center) and opening up tickets accordingly. We are still investigating.

Microsoft Teams is having an outbound calling issue that we are investigating. Some inbound calls may be impacted as well

We are still researching this issue. We have opened a ticket up with Microsoft for their review

Outbound performance is working but is taking a long time for calls to get connected. Inbound calling is working 100% now.

Several of our carrier partners had issues due to regulatory changes. Inbound calling should be 100% restored. Outbound calling does work, but it takes a long time before the call connects. This should be resolved today. Bit by Bit is closely monitoring and continuing adjustments, with full stabilization of service expected to be resolved today. We are investigating a carrier outage that is impacting some inbound/outboung calling quality

Bit by Bit is in the process of re-routing all outbound traffic to known good carriers. We are still working with the carrier where inbound numbers are impacted.

Inbound calling is restored 100%. Outbound calling may still see slight performance degrade. BBB is still working with the problematic carrier to resolve outstanding issues

We are getting reports from hosted teams customers that they are unable to perform the following: Inbound calling Outbound calling Bit by Bit will open a ticket with Microsoft to further investigate.

Microsoft is reporting an outage with Azure VDIs Information Active - Azure Virtual Desktop across multiple regions Starting at approximately 14:30 UTC on 11 September 2024, we received customer reports alerting us to an issue impacting the Azure Virtual Desktop service across multiple regions.
