    Microsoft Teams has made a certificate change that is impacting inbound/outbound calls through the platform. Bit by Bit is making adjustments to get calling functioning working again

    Outbound calling should be working with all customer instances. If it is still not working, please email [email protected] to report the issue. Carrier ticket 34817470 to point to equipment that supports the new certificates.

    This should be resolved now. Inbound/outbound calling is flowing through teams phone system with the new certificates.
