We have identified an issue with an upstream email provider resulting in some posts not being delivered to the full intended subscriber list. It is effecting ~20% of large publications with an average impact of a 4-8% non delivered rate. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue and will deliver all posts to impacted subscribers.

We are continuing to work with the vendor for a comprehensive fix to the issue but have implemented a workaround and are delivering the dropped emails for all effected newsletter sends

This morning we experienced a large uptick in 'deferrals' when we attempted to deliver email to Gmail for a portion of the senders on our platform, which has lead to delays for newsletters sent between 9am-11am ET arriving in subscribers inboxes. We have updated our internal email infrastructure to route around the issue, so new sends are not effected but we are still working to deliver the remaining emails that were caught by this throttling issue (> 50% have been delivered).
