Bazaarvoice is currently investigating a data processing delay affecting our Insights dashboards. As a result, data within both Network and Sentiment dashboards is temporarily stale. This issue impacts most client packages, excluding Essentials. Next Steps: Our teams are actively working to restore the data feed and refresh the reporting.
