    As a result of the recent DNS changes you may encounter the following error when using one of the remote control options in Managed Workplace. Premium Remote Control is unaffected. ERROR: Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor. The issue can be resolved by performing one of the following. NOTE: You must ensure that there are no open remote control windows prior to proceeding. Method 1 In command prompt run the following command to clear the ClickOnce application cache: rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache Method 2 In command prompt run the following command to rename the ClickOnce plugin cache. ren %localappdata%\Apps\2.0 2.0.old Kind regards, Your Managed Workplace Team
