Dear Partners, Last month we processed the final step in our DNS migration from ccrmm.avg.com to mw-rmm.barracudamsp.com, as announced in April 2019. As a result, some partners experienced false 'site not communicating' alerts from onsite managers which had failed to retrieve the new URL, so we further delayed the change to give affected partners time to reconfigure their onsite manager(s). We have reprocessed this change, and as of April 14 ccrmm.avg.com is no longer accessible. If you are receiving a false site not communicating alert please access the affected onsite manager and run the configure onsite manager utility. When prompted to enter the SCMessaging URL, update the DNS suffix of ccrmm.avg.com to mw-rmm.barracudamsp.com. Please refer to the Managed Workplace DNS Change FAQ document below and ensure all the appropriate changes have been made. http://barracudamsp.com/resources/documentation/Managed-Workplace-DNS-Change-FAQ.pdf Sincerely, Your Managed Workplace Support Team
