We have identified an incident on our hosted environments US01 and US05 caused by an Amazon Web Services hardware failure in the Availability Zone us-east-1c. On June 3, from approximately 02:10am to 03:30am EST, partners on US01 and US05 were unable to log in to Managed Workplace and may have received false site down alerts due to Onsite Managers being unable to contact the Service Center. The affected resources have been migrated to new underlying Amazon Web Services hardware and the incident has been resolved.
