    We are currently experiencing performance issues within Managed Workplace on our EU04 hosted environment. Until this is resolved, partners may experience disruptions and false site-down alerts.     The degradation in performance on EU04 has been resolved by a restart of an unresponsive database service. The issue was identified at 5.00am EST, Sunday December 20 and fully restored by 5.28am. During this time, Partners may have been unable to access Service Center and may have received false site-down alerts.
