We are currently investigating an issue with degraded performance and partial outage on our EU03 RMM hosted environment. Some partners may be experiencing longer than usual Service Center response times or Service Center outage.

At 8.01am CEST, we were alerted to an infrastructure issue on a database instance serving our EU03 RMM hosted environment. Partners may have experienced Service Center outage during this time. The infrastructure issue was resolved at 8.37am CEST, since this time Service Center should be fully accessible to all partners. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates if any further degradation is detected.
