Barracuda MSP experienced a minor incident on April 5, 2022 affecting EU02 UI and EU02 Data, lasting 46m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We have identified a performance within a subset of our BRMM EU02 hosted environment. Partners may experience slow log-in times and significant delay on data heavy Service Center pages. This incidence of degraded performance on EU02 was caused by some unexpected latency to a small number of AWS storage volumes attached to the primary database server, which become degraded as a result at around 10:10pm UTC. The issue was resolved at 11:05pm UTC and performance levels have returned to normal.
