We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with VT06_036 errors. Customers are receiving VT06_036 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 8/3/2026, 4:00:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
