We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, Claim Status Inquiry and Health Care Services Inquiry transactions failing with VT06_013/AV07 errors. Customers are receiving VT06_013/AV07 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 7/27/2026, 1:00:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We are seeing an increase in Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, Claim Status Inquiry and Health Care Services Inquiry transactions failing due to Blue Exchange maintenance.
