We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with AAA*80 errors. Customers are receiving AAA*80 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: We are seeing an increase in Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing due to Blue Exchange maintenance.
