We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, HCSR Detailed Auth/Referral and Health Care Services Inquiry transactions failing with AAA*42 errors. Customers are receiving AAA*42 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 6/8/2026, 1:15:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
