**AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number:** # coe-inc140518-acc-cost **Incident Date**: April 9, 2026 **Summary** On April 09, 2026, between 01:53 PM PDT and April 13, 2026, at 10:56 AM PDT Autodesk experienced a service degradation that prevented customers from generating cost change order reports. Customers using Autodesk Forma Build in the US region were impacted, which resulted in reports remaining in a “generating” state for an extended period before failing. **Impacted Services** * Autodesk Forma Build – Cost Management **Root Cause** * A recent update to cost report queries introduced additional filtering intended to improve performance but instead resulted in slower query execution for projects with large data volumes. This led to report generation timeouts. * Autodesk resolved the issue by rolling back the recent update to a previous stable version of the reporting service. This restored normal report generation performance. **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken.
