    On July 31st 06:30 AM UTC, a 403 Forbidden error was observed across all Reporting Export API requests. The issue was caused by an unintended impact from a code cleanup activity, which affected access to APIs such as Export Cloud License Events and Export Transactions. The issue was resolved by 03:00 PM UTC on July 31st, and all Reporting Export APIs are now fully accessible to Marketplace partners.
