The provider that stores our on-demand and cached reports is experiencing problems at the moment. Their status can be seen here: https://status.aws.amazon.com/ We'll continue to monitor the situation and will identify additional issues as they occur.

Following the stabilization of AWS service, the exporting of reports in Dropout Detective has been fully restored. We apologize for the interruption to service and will continue to monitor our systems to ensure services remain stable.
