Our auto-scaling process that triggers retrievals encountered an issue overnight. The retrievals have been restarted and the system should be caught up shortly. This issue affects some, but not all, clients. Clients in the Eastern time zone were not affected. To determine if your retrieval is delayed, check the latest retrieval timestamp on the bottom of your Dropout Detective dashboard. If the timestamp is from today, your dashboard has been updated. If the timestamp is from yesterday, we are in the process of updating your dashboard now. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience. We know that you rely on the consistency of our solutions and we're disappointed that we didn't meet your expectations this morning. We have identified the cause and are speedily working on fixing it.
