Unfortunately, we had a couple of issues with the retrieval of data overnight which had caused it to extend well into the day. This also impacts the performance of Dropout Detective and Instructor Insight. We hope to clear everything up shortly; we will update this page as the processes finish.

All data retrievals have finished. We're seeing improved performance for most clients but are continuing to work on some pages.

All data retrievals were completed earlier today. Page load time is back to normal. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced today. We've identified the root cases and are taking proactive measures to avoid these issues in the future.
