Our hosting provider Heroku is experiencing an outage. Clients who are on au.aspiredu.com may not be able to access Dropout Detective/Grade Guardian, Instructor Insight or Retention Radar. At this time, all other clients should be able to access their products, but the daily update of data, along with any reports and API uploads will be delayed. There is no ETA for resolution currently.

At this time, our hosting provider Heroku is still working on identifying the underlying issue. We will continue to monitor.

Our hosting provider Heroku has resolved the underlying problem. All products are now available, however some daily updates have not completed yet. They are all processing and should be completed in the next few hours.

Nearly all data updates have completed. Our hosting provider Heroku continues to work on fixing the underlying issue and has indicated this may not be entirely resolved. While we've seen a restoration of functionality, we're waiting on them to declare the issue as resolved.

Our hosting provider, Heroku resolved the underlying incident around 05:45:45 UTC. All daily updates of data completed yesterday and all daily updates completed successfully today.
