    Affected Users: AskCody Insights Region: Europe We are currently experiencing a major outage in AskCody Insights Reports and are now investigating the impact. The data collections is still running and only the reports are affected. The next update will be provided as soon as possible.

    Affected Users: AskCody Insights Region: Europe After monitoring the implemented solution, the major outage in AskCody Insights has been resolved and is now operational once again. The issue was connectivity issue of the AskCody Insights service. All data is intact and unaffected.
