The cause of the issue has been identified as a buildup of server exceptions resulting in increased response times and occasional timeout errors from the platform. While monitoring and investigating yesterday, we implemented proactive measures to handle any rising buildup and keep the platform stable. We are monitoring the effects of these measures, while using the investigative work for planning further improvements to prevent buildups.
