    Affected Users: Booking add-in users Region: North America We are currently experiencing issues with a surge of ErrorUnauthorized happening primarily in the Bookings add-in. It is not consistent and are only happening to some customers, on and off - we are investigating the impact and are trying to locate the cause. Users may experience this issue as showing some rooms unable to be booked, but by refreshing their search they can be available again. If it is available, booking them should be fully possible, but we recommend booking them via Outlook if you experience the ErrorUnauthorized, to avoid any further complication. The next update will be provided as soon as we know more Degraded Performance Definition: The affected component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Does not affect downtime.

    Affected Users: Booking add-in users Region: North America The issue related to ErrorUnauthorized happening primarily in the Bookings add-in and the degraded performance has been resolved, and the incident will now be closed. Microsoft had an SQL server outage, that directly impacted our services. The outage is resolved and our services are back to normal, we will, however, continue to monitor throughout the next 24 hours while our dataload increases. Degraded Performance Definition: The affected component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Does not affect downtime.
