   Last night, in partnership with our third-party vendor, we identified that the "request was throttled" errors were the result of a sustained rate limit breach due to increased upload volumes following the US holiday weekend. We will continue monitoring upload volumes today and provide further status updates as necessary. Additionally, we are working with our third-party vendor to permanently increase the rate limit to prevent upload service outages during peak upload volumes.
