We’re investigating an issue causing Cloud Backups in Storyline 360 to fail immediately. We’ve confirmed the issue is related to the Desktop Service and is not resolved by reverting to an earlier version of Storyline 360. We’ve identified the cause of an issue causing Cloud Backups in Storyline 360 to fail immediately. We’re preparing a hotfix for Update 118, which we plan to release tomorrow after our team verifies the fix.
